Work Setting

• Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio

Barber Specific Skills

• Shave and trim beards and moustaches
• Provide other hair treatment, such as fading, waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
• Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences

Licensing

• A current provincial cosmetology or barber license is required for this position or you must currently be enrolled in school to obtain the required license.
