  • Get a complete understanding of the details of our clients' needs and step up to find candidates with the right skill set
  • Connect with and screen the best candidates so we only present the best, our reputation is at stake after all
  • Ensure all Ts are crossed and all Is are dotted before that presentation happens
  • Complete all due diligence to guarantee the quality of candidates being presented
  • Use excellent interviewing skills to hone in on the strengths, and yes challenges that a candidate may bring to a role. Some days you may even call yourself a detective!
  • Commit to following the DMA process every step of the way - you will receive only the best on-boarding training to give you that foundation


We hope you would have experience in the industry, it should be an advantage to have you jump right in and be highly successful in short order.

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience is preferable. IT recruiting would be an absolute asset
  • Personality is important: be transparent, fair, energetic, enthusiastic, driven, excited about life even
  • Hold yourself to the highest standards and stand by your word
  • Consistently deliver top quality results
