About the Role:

We are seeking an outstanding Creative Director who can use their stellar abilities to engage consumers in joining with the brand on the journey of delivering the world's most advanced cooking appliances.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and define the creative vision in creating brand assets, content, and materials that are engaging, thoughtful, and relevant to th our target market.
  • This track record in delivering digitally native brands.
  • A deep desire to understand the user and constantly iterate materials in achieving their needs.
  • An ability to work cross-functionally to plan, coordinate and implement campaigns in both product launches, ongoing marketing campaigns, and content development.
  • Willing to be hands-on with product materials across photography, video, and typical computer implementations such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Help identify market trends and execute on their opportunities as it pertains to product development, product acquisition, and retention.
  • Challenge the status quo and inspire constant fresh thinking and innovation across all design disciplines
  • Support the responsible business strategy via radical product communication ideas
  • Embed deep digital thinking and expertise into the team, the culture, and the creative process

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of communications, marketing, or design.
  • At least 8+ years of experience with consumer-facing brands.
  • Clear track record of market success with demonstrable results.
  • Clear ability to challenge their own bias' and pivot direction based on market feedback.
  • Willing to think out of the box and test new concepts that align with an overall strategy.
  • Self-starter and a clear ability in helping make ake a business from 0 to 1.
  • Ability to set the direction for a product to market launch, to be executed through clear and impactful strategies
  • Obsessively detail-oriented, well organized, and efficient with time management in a deadline-driven environment
  • Self-awareness, a growth mindset, and strong proactivity and drive.
