They are seeking experts on In-app advertising monetization to ensure the higher ad revenue.

Job Responsibility
  • Manage a tens-million users business

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of in-app advertising monetization

  • Responsible for designing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing the advertising scenarios configuration in the App

  • Optimize the implementation strategy according to the Ad platform policy

  • Optimize Ads positions based on users segmentation

  • Balance the contradiction between advertising monetization and user experience

  • Follow day-to-day yield optimization techniques across all Ad monetization platforms

  • Evaluate the monetization potential of different ad platforms and adjust the use solutions

  • Work closely with other internal teams (Developing, testing, product, user growth, data analysis, etc.), proposing improvements and innovative ways

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant feld of study

  • 3+ years of proven ads revenue optimization/ad monetization working experience

  • Relevant experience in tool-app product company is preferred

  • Familiar with the policies and operations of Google AdMob, able to generate higher ad revenue through the continuous expansion and optimization of other partners in the ad network

  • Relevant experience in SA and SEA region is required

  • Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets

  • Mandarin speaking required.
