If you are a reliable, and trustworthy Immigration Consultant (RCIC),  Immigration Assistant, or in the process of obtaining your certification then please apply. In this position, you will manage immigration cases, communicate with clients, develop case information, draft submissions, prepare supporting documents & exhibits, and track case updates.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Keep cases organized by establishing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into the file database, and confirming case status with governments agencies
 
Manage visa and immigration cases related to visitors, students, workers, immigrants, and refugees
 
Develop cases by maintaining contact with clients, scheduling consultations, preparing immigration applications, drafting submission letters, preparing responses to RFI's, and generating status reports
 
Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress
 
Work with accounting team to manage and track case costs
 
Prepare case summaries and materials for consultations, preparing for hearings, monitoring and obtaining government responses, and organizing materials for team case review
 
Research new immigration and citizenship laws, regulations, and processing system changes.
 
Prepare research reports, comparison charts, and instruction guides for internal use and external client presentations
 
Updating immigration knowledge by keeping up with changes to immigration regulations, participating in educational opportunities, and reading professional publications
 
Currently a Licensed immigration consultant or completing the certification
We will train you to submit LMIA, PNP, study permits, and more
Passionate about the legal and immigration field.
Experienced in Canadian immigration laws & regulations
Deeply understands client relationship building as a discipline
Knows how to deliver on promises
Has in-depth knowledge of client challenges and how to solve them
Organized with strong prioritization skills
