Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst - Finance ERP Replacement (Contract)

Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious organization, is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Sr. Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance ERP implementation and data management, with a strong background in business analysis. Experience in integration with Maximo and prior work in the airport industry will be considered a significant bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements for the finance ERP replacement project.
2. Assist in the selection and evaluation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs and objectives.
3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, data models, and functional specifications.
4. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and ensure stakeholder consensus.
5. Work closely with project managers, IT, and finance teams to ensure seamless ERP implementation and integration with existing systems, including Maximo.
6. Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the defined requirements and quality standards.
7. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and opportunities for optimization in finance ERP systems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on finance ERP implementation and data management.
3. Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, and data integration.
4. Experience with Maximo integration is highly desirable.
5. Prior experience in the airport industry is a significant bonus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
